Vehicle information website Carjam shows the number plate of the ute has been replaced. The effective date for the new plate is today.
If this has been done after this incident it should be taken as attempting to avoid the issue here.
It's time to start confiscating licenses and making them absolutely not allowed back on the road for things like this, that's without the dangerous overtaking...

So I'm going to travel to Japan as soon I get the money and the opportunity. I am a huge racing fan and nothing beats driving in the streets with awesome cars and people. So when I go there I wan't to find the racers in the streets. So do you have any japanese web pages or organisations that you know that could help me on getting to know the people who share the same passion with me? Anything really helps! And if you know a guy could you help me to get a contact with him/her.

If you were a regular person working some entry level job like stocking shelves at a supermarket, but you actually had enough money saved up to buy a brand new premium class car in cash, like BMW or even a Porsche for example, without it hurting other areas of your life, would you do it or you wouldn't because you will just feel stupid driving a nice luxury vehicle to your shitty low pay job? Have you ever had this dilemma of wanting to buy a higher status car that won't correspond to your actual social standing? Would you feel good about yourself or not?
